Returns & Exchanges

We invite you to return your Scanlan Theodore purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized collection point and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
